^*'Open door booking' is a booking that is flexible for us to attend between normal working hours of 07:30 and 17:00, between an agreed period of 14 days. We will advise of our planned arrival date with a maximum of 48 hours’ notice so access can be arranged. This allows us to schedule work with maximum efficiency and allow us to pass the saving on to our customers.
